The AddOn offers you a comprehensive collection of operating data and staff times and provides you with ad hoc, flexible and static evaluations. orderbase TimeManagement offers you the option of setting both fixed and flexible working time models as standard. Shift and surcharge management is also integrated for easy billing.
The collected data can be passed on to the production module or used for payroll accounting. The AddOn offers an interface to all common payroll programs and of course to all oderbase software terminals.

Efficient data collection:
After configuration, employees start using orderbase TimeManagement for time management:
- Time and Attendance (TNA): Employees simply log in and record their working times and breaks directly in the system.
- Shift planning: The operations manager plans shifts using the system, assigns employees to shifts and keeps an eye on the agreed working time models.
- Production Data Aquisition (PDA): In addition to recording working times, the system enables the recording and management of operational data, such as production times and machine utilization.
Reports and evaluations:
With the orderbase extension, the company generates meaningful reports and evaluations:
- Staff reports: The operations manager can generate detailed reports on the attendance, overtime and vacation days of individual employees or teams.
- Operational evaluations: Management receives comprehensive evaluations of the total working time, productivity and efficiency of the various departments.
