In the M44 MEETING CENTER on the orderbase campus, tailor-made solutions are offered for a variety of occasions! No matter whether it is a matter of customer appointments, meetings, presentations or workshops, M44 has professional technical and human resources available for every event.

Foyer & event room

Flooded with light and friendly, the spacious foyer welcomes guests before the almost 6 meter high event room with lighting and sound technology invites the guests.

Themed rooms

Switch off and immerse yourself in another world. Six differently designed themed rooms provide a variety of impulses that consciously go beyond the scope of the usual office environment.

FROM THE BEGINNINGS TO THE PRESENT

From rented office space to the orderbase campus

orderbase has grown significantly since it was founded in 1999 and wants to continue to expand in the future. In order to do justice to this growth, it seemed appropriate at the time to leave the rented office space in the Deilmann House and to make early preparations for the future. This is how the basic idea for the orderbase campus came about, which has taken more and more shape over the years.

2011 // Clear the way for orderbase house I

orderbase is continuously growing and wants to continue to grow. The rented office space is no longer sufficient. In order to prepare for the future, Afra and Robert decided to build the orderbase house I on Johann-Krane-Weg in the Münster Technology Park, thus laying the foundation for the orderbase campus.

The construction of the orderbase house I can begin. The orderbase team jointly carries out the groundbreaking ceremony in the open area at the intersection of Austermannstraße/Johann-Krane-Weg. The construction site is now officially opened.

August 2012 // Move to orderbase house I

Away from the rental rooms. After a construction phase of 8 months, the orderbase house I is ready for occupancy and will be opened in a celebratory ceremony. The entire orderbase team pitches in and ensures a smooth move into your own four walls. The modern and technically fully equipped building is now the new place of work and a workplace of the future.

December 2015 // Groundbreaking ceremony for the orderbase campus

From orderbase house I to orderbase campus. The second groundbreaking ceremony on the open space behind orderbase house I is once again a team project in which all orderbase employees are involved. The construction site will be officially opened in December and the creation of the orderbase campus will be finally sealed with the construction of orderbase house II and M44 Meeting Center.

January 2016 // Construction begins on the campus construction site

New year, new (building) luck. The intended free area will be converted into a construction site. Little by little, building materials are brought in, work aids are set up and the construction workers are called in.

After 10 months of construction, the orderbase haus II and the M44 Meeting Center are already shining in all their splendour. The scaffolding along the outer facades of both buildings has served its purpose and is no longer needed.

Beginning of November 2016 // Bridge construction

Bridge Day 2.0 in the Münster Technology Park. The bridge between orderbase house I and II will be installed and both buildings will be connected to each other.

READY TO MOVE IN

End of November 2016 // Ready for occupancy

It's done. Almost 1 year after the groundbreaking ceremony, the orderbase campus is ready for occupancy. The new tenants can move into their office space in orderbase house II and get to work in their new place of work. The Calcanto advertising agency, Seidel & Friends, natural gas Münster, ERP-Consult.net, IT-Learning Solution and the Bürogolf team are also moving into the house at Johann-Krane-Weg 46 with part of the orderbase team. The first internal ones are already taking place in December Christmas parties take place in the Meeting Center.
